Warranty Policy

At Devicecure Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to providing the best quality repair services for our customers. We offer a warranty on all repair services performed by us, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Duration of Warranty

We offer a 0 to 3-month warranty on all repair services performed by us. The duration of the warranty will depend on the type of repair and the spare parts used. The warranty covers any issues that may arise with the repaired device within this time period. Any issues arising after the warranty period will not be covered.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty only covers the repair services performed by us. It does not cover any unauthentic repairs performed by the customer or any damages caused by accidental or intentional misuse of the device.


The warranty will not apply if the customer performs any unauthentic repairs on the device. The warranty will also not apply if the device is damaged due to accidental or intentional misuse, or if the device is modified in any way.

Claiming the Warranty

To claim the warranty, the customer can contact us via email at support@devicecure.in and provide the details of the issue and the repair performed. We will assess the issue and determine if it is covered by the warranty. If it is covered, we will repair the device at no additional cost to the customer. If it is not covered, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the repair.


The warranty is provided on a best-efforts basis and we do not guarantee that the repaired device will be free from all issues. We will make every effort to ensure that the device is in good working condition after the repair, but we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise in the future.
